Terms and Conditions for Single Page Website Service

1. Service Overview:

We provide single-page website design services, including shared, non-transferable hosting. This service is exclusively for WordPress.org self-hosted websites and does not support platforms like Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress.com.

2. Font and Color Customization:

Clients may choose from readily available regular fonts. Paid fonts incur additional costs borne by the client.

For custom colors, clients must provide specific hex codes.

3. Hosting and Domain:

The service includes shared hosting, renewable annually. Domain names are not included and are subject to annual renewal fees if procured through our service.

4. Pricing and Payment:

A mandatory monthly plan covers the maintenance and updates of the website. The plan is valid for one year, with prices subject to annual review and potential changes.

All fees are due as per the agreed schedule, and non-payment may result in service termination. Please see Item 16 below)

5. Maintenance and Updates:

A monthly maintenance plan is required to keep the website’s software, plugins, and themes up-to-date.

Content updates are subject to the terms of the selected plan.

6. Revisions and Reviews:

The service includes two stages of revisions: an initial review with major revisions, and a second review for additional changes. Clients have 24 hours to review each stage, and we will return with changes within 3-5 business days.

7. Accessibility and Compliance (Optional Feature):

Website accessibility as per WCAG guidelines is offered as an optional feature. Clients opting out acknowledge their responsibility for ensuring their website’s compliance with accessibility laws.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

No refunds or returns are offered. Clients may cancel the service with a 30-day written notice. Prepaid fees for services not rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. Liability Limitation:

We are not liable for website downtime, data loss, or security breaches due to factors beyond our control, including hosting issues and third-party actions.

10. Intellectual Property:

The website design remains our intellectual property, with clients granted a license for its use. Client-provided content remains their property. Third-party materials are subject to their respective terms.

11. Indemnification:

Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the website.

12. Termination of Service:

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. Upon termination, services cease, and any outstanding balances are due.

13. Dispute Resolution:

Disputes will first attempt resolution through mediation, followed by arbitration if necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.

14. Privacy Policy:

We collect and use personal data as necessary for service provision, adhering to strict data protection protocols. As our services are for clients within the USA, GDPR compliance is not applicable.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, which will become effective upon the next renewal cycle or new service agreement.

16. Payment Default and Service Interruption:

Late Payments and Consequences: In the event of late payment, clients are subject to a late payment fee of [$5/incident ]. Continued non-payment may result in the interruption of service.

Reconnection Fee: If services are suspended due to non-payment, a reconnection fee of $19.99 may be charged in addition to all outstanding payments.

Service Termination for Non-Payment: Any skipped monthly payment may result in the immediate cancellation of service and termination of the agreement. In such cases, the client will be responsible for all outstanding balances and fees.

We strongly enforce these terms to maintain the integrity and quality of our services. Clients are urged to adhere to the payment schedule to avoid service disruption and additional fees.
